In the first second my child opened it a string broke, but then when we tried to tighten the others it wasn't possible, we tried screwing the knob and a screwdriver. We bought this for our 2 1/2 year old... have had it for a week and we're down to 2 strings already (and these are the 2 replacements that come with the guitar, so we've basically lost 1 string per day). Its really horrible quality... i was strumming the guitar gently and one of the strings broke so i know its not my son being overaggressive with it. I also worry that the problem doesn't end with the strings... there are other parts of this piece that are coming apart already (the brakcet to hold the strings, and the neck of the guitar). I've given up on this and have just ordered a real guitar... it will be too big for my son to hold but at least he will be able to get sound out of it. Shame on you Schylling. |
